Pixcape processes facial data solely for the purpose of delivering AI-powered creative visual tools. This includes:

Data Collected: Facial feature points, facial landmarks, and facial images uploaded by users for features such as style transfer, AI dance, outfit swapping, face swapping, and image-to-video generation.
Purpose of Processing: To enable the core functionality of our app, including generating stylized images, animating faces in dance videos, swapping faces or outfits, and creating videos from still images.
Legal Basis (GDPR): We process facial data based on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You provide consent by uploading your facial images and using the relevant features.
