Terms of Service for Pixcape Last Updated: June 8, 2026 Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Pixcape application and website (the "Service") operated by Pixcape ("us", "we", or "our"). 1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Pixcape is an AI-powered creative visual tool that provides features including image stylization, AI dance generation, face swapping, outfit changing, and image-to-video conversion. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Eligibility You represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms. You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist-supporting" country. You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. 3. Your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. 5. Prohibited Use You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: Generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. Creating content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred. Impersonating any person or entity. Uploading content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. Using the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure. Violating any applicable laws or regulations. Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers. 6. Intellectual Property 6.1 Service Ownership The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pixcape and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 6.2 Feedback If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you assign all rights in such feedback to Pixcape. 6.3 AI-Generated Content Content generated by the AI features of Pixcape may be subject to additional terms. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be copyrightable in all jurisdictions. 7. Privacy Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 8. Pixcape does not warrant that: The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any errors or defects will be corrected. The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. 9. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXCAPE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM: Your use or inability to use the Service. Any content obtained from the Service. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 10. You are responsible for ensuring that input images do not contain copyrighted material without permission. 14.2 AI Dance Generation AI dance generation uses motion synthesis technology. Generated dance videos may not perfectly replicate human movement. You must not use this feature to create content that mimics specific individuals without their consent. 14.3 Face Swapping and Outfit Changing These features are for entertainment purposes only. You must obtain explicit consent from any person whose face or likeness is used. Do not use these features to create deceptive or misleading content, including but not limited to deepfakes without proper disclosure. We reserve the right to watermark or add metadata to content generated using face-swapping features. 14.4 Image-to-Video Conversion The quality and duration of generated videos may vary based on input images and settings. You are solely responsible for ensuring that input images do not violate any third-party rights. 14.5 General AI Notices AI-generated content may be subject to inaccuracies, biases, or artifacts. You should review all output before use. We may use your input content to improve our AI models, but we will not share identifiable personal information. Some jurisdictions may require disclosure when content is AI-generated. You are responsible for complying with applicable disclosure requirements.
